Terms and Conditions
This document defines the terms and conditions of our working relationship. By requesting us to provide services and produce products to you, you agree to this document without modification. It is your responsibility to review our terms and conditions before submitting a job request. We will start working after you approve the written estimate. Your written consent will constitute an agreement between us.
Accuracy of Specifications: Estimates are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided to us. If we find any corrections or modifications needed after accepting digital files, we will notify you immediately and decide if any additional fees will be incurred and how you would like us to proceed. We make every effort to quote work accurately, but if unforeseeable circumstances or fees arise, we will notify you in case of any delays.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once order is placed NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS allowed. If order has not been printed we will offer a store credit for the value of the original order.
Changes/Corrections/Errors: We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, omissions, prices, descriptions, errors relating to production, availability and update information at any time with or without prior notice.
Changes to our terms and conditions policy:
We reserve the right to change, amend, add or remove parts of our terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting unless we indicate otherwise. This policy was last changed on August 15, 2020.
Disclaimer: By accepting the work done, you acknowledge satisfactory performance. You must inspect the product after you receive it. If you make a claim against an order, you may not use any part of the product. We archive working copies for 30 days. Claims for defects or damage must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt. If we determine that such a claim is valid, we will have 30 days to correct and resolve any dispute before taking any legal action or returning a credit.
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges as all of our products are custom-made and printed to specific sizes, not universal.
Credit Card Mandatory Chargeback/Refund Policy: All credit card issues and/or disputes regarding products or services you have purchased through our credit authorization shall be between you and us. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree that purchases will never be refunded for any reason.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, same credit card and/or using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number you provided when placing your order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to have been placed by resellers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card number and expiration date, so that we can complete your transaction and contact you if necessary.
See our artwork requirements for preferred file types. You are responsible for providing or purchasing high-quality, high-resolution images for large-format printing. We can purchase high resolution images for you, an additional cost will be added to your project balance.
