1. We do not charge handling fees.
2. We ship on Incoterms: DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid. Please contact us for assistance in customs clearance. 
3. We ship on the 5-10 day when we receive payment. We need 2-3 day to process the order.
4. Customers from Germany and Italy require tax number.
