1. Damage to the surface of the vinyl film

There are huge cracks and damage on the surface of the car film, Non-human damage on the physical level, which cannot be completely installed.

2. Poorly coated with bubbles

The lamination technology employed does not meet the required standard, thus resulting in a high number of bubbles in the film and severely impeding the installation process.

3. The car wrap was not the correct design for the vehicle

Misprinting of patterns and names, printing errors due to insufficient communication with the customer, patterns that appear after the customer confirms the design and printing, the name is wrong, and the free reissuance policy does not apply

This evidence may include photographs of the car wrap on the vehicle, as well as any instructions or documentation provided by the car wrap shop when the customer purchased the car wrap. The car wrap shop may also inspect the vehicle to ensure that the car wrap was not the correct design. If the car wrap shop determines that the car wrap was not the correct design for the vehicle, a free replacement may be considered.

4. The car wrap was not the correct size for the vehicle.

If the car wrap was not the correct size for the vehicle, a free replacement may be considered if the customer can provide evidence that the car wrap was not the correct size for the vehicle. This evidence may include measurements of the car wrap against the vehicle, as well as any instructions or documentation provided by the car wrap shop when the customer purchased the car wrap. The car wrap install shop may also inspect the vehicle to ensure that the car wrap was not the correct size.

5. If the car wrap has been damaged due to a faulty adhesive

If the car wrap has been damaged due to a faulty adhesive, it means that the adhesive used to attach the car wrap to the vehicle was not strong enough to provide a secure bond. This could be due to the adhesive being of poor quality, or not being applied correctly. In this case, a free replacement would be considered if the car wrap has been damaged as a result of the faulty adhesive. The customer would need to provide evidence of the damage and the faulty adhesive in order to be eligible for a free replacement.

6. The free reissue policy does not apply to one of the following situations
  1. There are bubbles in the car film due to improper installation, and rupture and damage due to extreme weather
  2. the car wrap has been damaged due to improper installation.
  3. the car wrap has been damaged due to improper care or maintenance.
  4. the car wrap has been damaged due to a car accident.
  5. the car wrap has been damaged due to improper storage.
  6. the car wrap has been damaged due to vandalism.
  7. the car wrap has been damaged due to exposure to chemicals or solvents.
  8. the car wrap has been damaged due to incorrect cuts.
  9. the car wrap has been damaged due to a faulty installation process.
