ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once order is placed NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS allowed. If order has not been printed we will offer a store credit for the value of the original order.

Sonderanfertigungen

All 10KWRAPS products are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer.

Once the design has been approved and production has started, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after production begins.

If production has not yet started, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit equal to the original order value.

Konstruktionsfreigabe

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the final artwork before printing.

Once written approval has been received, the design will enter production and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Abgelehnte Lieferungen

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to accept the shipment, or provides an incorrect shipping address, the order is not eligible for a refund.

Any costs associated with return shipping, customs charges, storage fees, or reshipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Mängel und Transportschäden

We provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and items damaged during transportation.

If your order arrives damaged or contains a production defect, please contact us within 90 days of delivery and provide photos for review.

If the claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or reprint the affected item at no additional cost.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom vehicle wraps
• Personalized artwork
• Printed graphics made to customer specifications
• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders approved by the customer before printing
