ABOUT CAR WRAP CUSTOM DESIGN FAQ
After the design deposit is completed, please provide your car model and design ideas. If not received, we will follow up via email. Once the design details are confirmed, please allow 5–7 business days for us to send the first sketch rendering preview to your email.
Yes! You’re welcome to include multiple protagonists in one custom design. We don’t usually charge extra based on the number of characters. However, if any protagonist needs to be redrawn (rather than using provided or existing artwork), an additional redrawing fee will apply.
The redrawing fee typically ranges from $50 to $100 per character, depending on the complexity.
We recommend using images with a resolution of at least 1920 × 1080 pixels for best results. If the image is still unclear but you wish to proceed with it, we offer a redrawing service to enhance the quality.
The cost for redrawing typically ranges from $50 to $100, depending on the complexity.
Yes, we offer a design-only service. Once the design is confirmed, we will provide you with the print-ready file and deliver it to you online via a secure download link.
We offer up to 3 free revisions as part of the design process. Additional revisions beyond the third may incur extra customization fees.
A revision refers to a minor change or adjustment to the original or in-progress design—typically affecting no more than 25% of the overall layout. Revisions are meant to help refine the design, not to start over.
Please note that a completely new design concept is not considered a revision. If you wish to pursue a new direction, it will be treated as a separate design project and quoted accordingly.
No, the design deposit is non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Order cancellations are only allowed within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the customization process will have begun, and we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.
