The redrawing fee typically ranges from $50 to $100 per character, depending on the complexity.
We recommend using images with a resolution of at least 1920 × 1080 pixels for best results. If the image is still unclear but you wish to proceed with it, we offer a redrawing service to enhance the quality.
The cost for redrawing typically ranges from $50 to $100, depending on the complexity.

We offer up to 3 free revisions as part of the design process. Additional revisions beyond the third may incur extra customization fees.
A revision refers to a minor change or adjustment to the original or in-progress design—typically affecting no more than 25% of the overall layout. Revisions are meant to help refine the design, not to start over.
Please note that a completely new design concept is not considered a revision. If you wish to pursue a new direction, it will be treated as a separate design project and quoted accordingly.
No, the design deposit is non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Order cancellations are only allowed within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the customization process will have begun, and we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.
